Friday afternoon wreck in Centerton involving Bella Vista motorcyclist proves deadly

The Arkansas State Police says a 55- year-old Bella Vista man was in a collision Friday afternoon between a motorcycle and another vehicle on State High 279 at Mount Olive Road in Centerton.
According to the ASP preliminary report, Roger Cooley of Bella Vista was southbound on SH 279 at 1:53 pm when Bethany Linsey of Gravette made a left turn towards Mount Olive Road in a northbound 2008 GMC.
The GMC clipped the front of the motorcycle, sending Cooley to the pavement. Cooley's body was transported to the Benton County Coroner's office .
Trooper Sor Lee noted clear weather conditions and a dry pavement at the time of the impact.
