The Arkansas State Police has identifed a 22-year-old Springdale man who was killed in a four car accident Friday on I49 near Lowell.
Police say 22-year-old Keven Sandova, of Springdale died when the 2013 Honda in which he was a passenger was hit head on by a 2017 Ford travelinjg north in the southbound lane of the interstate.
According to the ASP preliminary report, the Ford sideswiped a 2020 Kenworth, struck the Honda head-on then continued on to strike a fourth vehicle, a 2006 Accura.
The driver of the wrong-way Ford and the Kenworth were uninjured, but 22-year-old Jose Guzman of Springdale, the driver of the Honda, and the occupants of the Accura, Brett Glenn and Isabel Thoma, both 27 years old and from Springdale, were taken to Mercy Hospital Rogers for treatment of their injuries.
