Fort Smith woman enters plea and draws seven years in ADC in case involving four felony charges


A 34-year-old Sebastian County woman drew a seven-year sentence after a plea deal in Sebastian County Circuit Court on Wednesday on four felony charges involving possession of drugs and paraphernalia, as well as financial identity fraud and credit card theft by receiving.


According to information furnished by the Circuit Court, Brianna Janay Hennager, who's listed address was in the 1400 block of Gary Street in Fort Smith, entered the guilty plea to Possession of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia as well as theft by receiving and financial identity fraud charges during a plea deal in Wednesday's court session.

In addition to the seven- years imposed, Hennager also drew 13 years suspended as part of her guilty plea. She was also given jail time credit and had to furnish a DNA sample to the court. She will have to pay court costs of $150 starting at $60 a month 90 days after she is released..


Restitution in the case is set to be determined at a future date.

From online reports, it appears that Hennager was also involved in a series of vehicle break-ins the Louisville, Kentucky area back in 2020.


As of Thursday afternoon Hennager was still housed kin the Sebastian Cpunty Detention Center awaiting transfer to the Arkansas Department of Corrections.
