Fort Smith Non-Compliant Sex Offender - Elmer Ramirez-Zepeta

Today's degenerate was convicted of Sexual Assault in the Second Degree in April of 2013. Ramirez-Zepeta, 26 at the time, was arrested Aug. 15, 2013 after Fort Smith police were called to a residence in the 3400 block of Fischer Avenue in reference to a sexual assault on a minor female.

The girl told police she was making yard sale signs at a relative’s house, and when her cousin left for a few minutes, Ramirez-Zepeta walked in the room and sexually assaulted her.

Ramirez-Zepata has been non-compliant with reporting regulations since December 23, 2014.
