A thirty=eight year-old Fort Smith man with a more than passing acquaintance with the Sebastian County Circuit Court system was sentenced last week to four years in the Arkansas Department of Correction with another 16 years suspended fora February 2021 arrest on drug charges.
Nicholas Chase Frederiksen was also given four years imposed and four tears suspended on a paraphernalia charge and a failure to appear with all of the sentences set to run concurrently. According to information from Arkansas Court Connect, Frederiksen has had previous felony drug arrests, arrest charges and a misdemeanor conviction for Assault on a Family or Household Member in the past.
Frederiksen pled guilty to all charges as part of a plea deal with the Sebastian County Prosecutor's Office.
