The online court records are sealed and the specific charges aren't even listed, however, the dates on the Circuit Court page line up with the booking information from the Fort Smith Police Department, which lists the date of the crime as September 20.

The Fort Smith PD booking information lists a different hometown --Fort Sill, Oklahoma--and further research indicates that Booth was initially taken into custody by law enforcement officials in Comanche County, Oklahoma on the same day he was charged in Sebastian County. F0rt Sill is located in Comanche County.

Fort Sill is a United States Army post north of Lawton, Oklahoma, about 85 miles southwest of Oklahoma City.

Booth was booked into the Sebastian County Adult Detention Center at 2;23 p,m, Friday afternoon and is being held on a $50,000 cash bond. Booth faces a September 29 court date on the Class Y felony charge.
