The information comes directly from a press release issued by the United States Attorney’s

On April 3, 2026, federal prosecutors in the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Staci Lyn Anderson, also known as Staci Lyn Jordan, a 34-year-old resident of Colcord, Oklahoma (Delaware County), entered a guilty plea in federal court to one count of Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine.

According to the indictment, on March 12, 2023, Anderson knowingly and intentionally possessed 5 grams or more of actual methamphetamine — a Schedule II controlled substance — with the intent to distribute it.

The case stemmed from a joint investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.U.S. Magistrate Judge The Honorable Jason A. Robertson accepted Anderson’s guilty plea during a hearing and ordered the preparation of a full presentence investigation report.

A U.S. District Court Judge will ultimately decide her sentence after reviewing the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines, the presentence report, and any other relevant statutory factors. The offense carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in federal prison and a fine of up to $1,000,000.Immediately following the plea hearing, Anderson was remanded into the custody of the United States Marshals Service, where she remains pending sentencing. Assistant U.S. Attorney Jordan Howanitz represented the government in the case.

This appears to be a standalone federal drug charge rather than part of a larger conspiracy indictment.

No co-defendants are mentioned in the press release, and no additional details about the quantity beyond the statutory minimum (5 grams actual), the circumstances of the March 12, 2023 incident, or Anderson’s prior criminal history have been publicly released at this time.

As of the latest available information (April 2026), Staci Lyn Anderson is in federal custody awaiting sentencing, consistent with standard procedure for federal drug distribution cases after a guilty plea.

Sentencing has not yet been scheduled. Once the presentence report is complete and the judge reviews all factors, Anderson could face anywhere from several years to the full 20-year maximum, depending on her criminal history, the exact drug quantity involved, and any other aggravating or mitigating circumstances

.This case is one of many routine but serious methamphetamine distribution prosecutions handled by the Eastern District of Oklahoma, reflecting ongoing federal efforts to combat the flow of meth in rural eastern Oklahoma communities.
