Fifty-eight year-old degenerate charged with eight felony counts involving sex crimes against child
Boone County officials arrested a Thayer, Missouri man on Saturday and charged him with eight felonies and a misdemeanor involving the sexual assault of a child.
Terry Eugene Break, 58, faces multiple charges in the case including Rape, Second Degree Sexual Assault, Engaging Children in Sexually Explicit Conduct for Use in Visual or Print Medium, Distributing, Possessing, or Viewing Matter Depicting Children, Sexual Indecency with a Child, Sexually Grooming a Child, Tampering with Evidence. and Intimidating a Witness
Break was also charged with Contributing to Delinquency of Minor.
Despite the booking information on Break showing his hometown as being in Missouri, he has also lived in Harrison and an online search reveals his current address is in Lead Hill in Boone County
Break was booked into the Boone County jail at 1:33 am Saturday morning. Given the weekend status of the arrest, and considering efforts to protect the identity of the victim, very little information on the arrest is available.
