A convicted and registered sex offender from LeFlore County finds herself behind bars again after an arrest earlier this week on felony charges of Child Sex Abuse and Enabling Sex Abuse after an arrest in Sallisaw.
Carolyn Joyce Harbison, who was conicted in February, 2007 on charges on Lewd or Idecent Acts oR Peoposals to a Child in Montgomery County, Terxas, has had quite a run in and out of the Oklahioma legal system for as far back, when she was involved in a protectove order case with a relative.
Harbison, 40, was arrested in 2017 in Sequoyah County for Failing to Regioster as a Sex offender in a case that was later dismissed and in July of 2018 she was on the wrong side of yet another protective order filing. She also picked up an arrest of two counts of child abuse by injury during the same time period.
The latest charges have not been posted to the Oklahoma States Court Network as of 9 pm on April 29.
