Fayetteville man with multiple felonies picks a new criminal career path with arrest for child porn



A 41-year-old Fayetteville man with a multitude of felony arrests on his rap sheet that includes numerous drug charges, domestic battery, aggravated assault, protection orders, failure to appears and revocations transformed his career path from common thug to accused child porn purveyor with an arrest Wednesday by the Washington County Sheriff Office.
Forty-one year-old Aaron Tod Lingelbach, who lives on North East Oaks Drive in Fayetteville, remains in the Washington County Detention Center on a $15,000 bond hold after his arrest for Distributing, Possessing or Viewing Child Pornography.
Since 2017, Lingelbach has been arrested multiple times on the charges outlined in the first paragraph. In fact, since 2017 he has accrued 216 months of concurrent sentences spread out over seven felony arrests., During that same time period he has picked up another 148 months of suspended sentences as well.
He is scheduled to appear in Washington Counyy Circuit Court on July 19 to face his child pornography charges.
