Fayetteville lowlife charged with Incest and Rape after arrest by Washington County Sheriff Office

Timothy Sizemore

A 42-year-old Washington County reprobate with a history of violence against women was arrested this week on felony charges of Incest and Rape and bonded out today (August 4) on a $15,000 bond after a Rule 8.1 hearing this morning in Washington County District Court.

Timothy Sizemore of r8ural Fayetteville was arrested on Monday and charged with the Class Y and Class C felonies after he apparently had forced sexual relations with a family member. Because of the sensitive nature of the charges, no information has been released about the actual violations or the victim.

Sizemore is yet another poster boy for scumbags in our region, having amassed a felony past that started with conviction for drug paraphernalia in 2011 that resulted in a 24-month prison stay with 72-months suspended.

Before that prison stay, Sizemore was hit with an order of protection filed in September of 2010 by his ex-wife after a June divorce.

After getting out of prison, he remarried and by June of 2015 his new wife was filing a petition for a protection order that was later dismissed at the behest of the victim.

Three months later, the wife came to her senses and filed another order of protection after telling authorities Sizemore held her hostage for 36 hours, put her in a closet, threatened to kill her entire family including her brother and sister by placing hits on them and said he would have gang members kill her if she ever called police again.

The woman requested a ten-year protection order at the time. The final order of pr0tection was set in place until September 23, 2025.

No entries had been made in the Arkansas Court Connect system but close of business on Wednesday. concerning the sex crimes for which he was arrested on Monday.

This is a developing story and we will provide more details as the information becomes available.
