Early Friday morning crash between two Toyota vehicles in rural Madison County leaves two dead

Two Northwest Arkansas residents were killed in an early morning accident Friday on State Highway 45 in rural Madison County, according to the Arkansas State Police.
ASP Trooper Jacob P. Graham said in his preliminary report that a 2016 Toyota Corolla driven by Rafael Cruz Fermaint, 40, of Springdale, was traveling south on State Highway 45 coming out of a left-hand left. A 2021 Toyota PK was northbound on the same roadway when the Corolla crossed the center line into the northbound lane of traffic.
The Corolla struck the second vehicle, overturned and came to a final rest on the driver side facing south.
Cruise ferment and a 19-year-old passenger in his vehicle Eulis Lemus Tobar, of Rogers were both declared dead at the scene. Sixty-six-year-old Lisa Hussey, a Berryville, who was the driver of the Toyota PK, was transported to Mercy Berryville with unknown injuries.
The accident occurred at 5:45 a.m. according to the report.
Trooper Graham also noted on his report weather conditions was clear and the highway was dry when the accident occurred.
