Dedicated drug felon takes plea deal on various charges in Sebastian County Curcuiot Court



A Gardner, Kansas man will spend the next few years in prison after a plea agreement today in Sebastian County Circuit Court resulted in an imposed sentence of seven years with thirteen years suspended for drug related charges over the course of the past year.
Forty-seven year-old Tithus Jerome Cole, who has been in the Sebastian County- Detention Center since January 17 of this year after an arrest on a Failure to Appear charge and as a Fugitive from Another State, entered a guilty plea in open court on Pssession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Controlled Substances, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charges, all felonies.
He was given the seven years plus the thirteen years suspended on both the "B" and "C" felonies with imposition of sentence set for six years on the "D" felonies for which he was charged.
All sentences are set to run concurrently.
Counting various Failure to Appear charges, Cole has been arrested on a dozen felonies in Sebastian County since January 13, 2020 and detained three times as a Fugitive from Justice from Another State.
Cole will remain in the Sebastian County Detention Center awaiting transfer to the Arkansas Department of Corrections.
