A 50-year-old Van Buren woman remains behind bars in the Crawford County Detention Center following an arrest on Thursday for Driving Under the Influence.

According to booking information from the Crawford County Detention Center. the violation of Driving Under the Influence is the fourth offense for Corinne Thellman., who is also being charged with driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked, Reckless Driving, and Criminal Mischief in the First Degree

While the charges is listed as her fourth offense, Thellman's 2016 conviction on the same charge was actually listed in available court records as her fourth offense.

In a 2016 case, in addition to DWI, Thellman was charged with Refusal to Submit to Chemical Testing, driving on a suspended license, and Inattentive Driving. After a nine-month trial process, she was sentenced to one year in the Arkansas Department of Corrections.

She was also cited in Crawford County in 2013 for a DUI. That arrest, which also included a citation for refusing to submit to chemical testing and careless and prohibited driving, was a misdemeanor and the available court records do not list a jail term or fine in that case.

Dating back to 2006, Thellman also has arrests and convictions for excessive speeding (11 miles over the speed limit) and for obtaining cash or merchandise by bogus check.
