Crash in rural Booneville takes life of 35-year-old resident

A 35-year-old Booneville man died Tuesday as the result of a crash between a 2015 Jeep and a 1993 International TTL in rural Logan County.

According to a report from the Arkansas State Police, Christopher Elliot of Booneville was driving the Jeep eastbound on Highway 10 when he attempted a turn onto Phillips Road. Phillips Road. The truck struck the Jeep, forcing it off the road and down an embankment.
