Tammy Jo Thrailkill was last seen on the morning of February 16, 2016, standing at the edge of the woods across from her home on Bolinger Lane in Siloam Springs.

t was a quiet morning, the kind that might have passed unnoticed in this small Benton County town. But that moment--Tammy alone at the wood line--was the last time anyone saw her. By the next day, she was reported missing, and her absence has haunted the community ever since.

Tammy was 48 years old at the time of her disappearance. She stood five feet two inches tall and weighed around 126 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was known to have a bear claw tattoo on the left side of her neck and a butterfly inked on the web of her left thumb--small but distinctive marks that her loved ones hoped might help identify her if she were found.

But no trace of her has surfaced in the years since.

The Benton County Sheriff’s Office launched an investigation, but the trail quickly grew cold. There were no confirmed sightings, no signs of struggle, and no clues to suggest where Tammy might have gone or what might have happened to her.

Her case was entered into the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) on May 9, 2016, under case number MP33602. Despite the passage of time, the file remains open, and investigators continue to seek answers.

The Benton County Sheriff’s Office still urges anyone with information to come forward by calling 479- 271-1008.
