He was 58 years old, six feet tall, 170 pounds, with hazel eyes and gray or partially gray hair. He had a cross tattoo on his left hand.

That was the last confirmed sighting of him.

Moore was reported missing soon after. The Russellville Police Department began an investigation, but there were few details to work with. No one documented what he was wearing, whether he had a vehicle, or what personal items he carried.

There was no record of cell phone activity or credit card use after that day. A possible sighting in nearby London surfaced in some reports, but it was never confirmed.
