Four members of the Centerton City Council have called a special meeting today, Monday, November 1, 2021,
It is believed the meeting was called to discuss the attached alleged FOIA violation and the City’s response as noted in the attached Complaint, as well as an unrelated executive session matter.

Here is the original FOAI lawsuit that was filed last week by Fort Smith attorney Joey McCutchen after a mayoral candidate says he was denied information he sought about certain financial records and communications.
