A tweny-six year-old Cave Springs man who lives on Shores Avenue in that Bewnton County community was arrested for sexual crimes involving a minor and held in jail over the weekend according to information frrpom the Benton County Sheriff Office.
Justin Lee Henderson, 26, of 799 Shores Avenue, Cave Springs, was arrested Friday and charged with Sexual Assault in the Second Degree and and Sexual Indecency with a child.
Henderson was apparently released on bond after a bond hearing was held Monday in Bention County Circuit Court. However, thetre is nothing on Coiurt Cponnect abouyt eother the arrest or a bond hearing that had been posted as of midnight on Monday night.
Sexual Assualt in the Second Degree in Arkansas is a Class B felony and is punishable by 5-20 years in prison and up to $15,000 fine. Sexual indecency with a child is a Class D felonythe least serious felonies in Arkansas, punishable by up to six years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.
