Carroll County crash death details released by Arkansas State Police

The Arkansas State Police has identified the 27-year-old woman killed in a one vehicle crash that occurred on may 11 on a rural stretch of County Road 513 in Berryville.

Ashley Tyree of Berryville died in a crash that occurred just after 7 p.m. Monday when the 2005 Mazda she was driving west on the county road went out of control and ran off the north side of the roadway.

Tyree over corrected and traveled back across the road, ran into an embankment, rolled over and struck a tree.

Josh Mullhollad, 32, also of Berryville was a passenger in the Mazda and was taken to the Northwest Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Springdale.

Tyree's death was the 176th in the state for the year on roads and highways.
