The Arkansas State Police say an unidentified minor female was killed and three other individuals were injured in a three vehicle accident that occurred Friday in a rural area of Carroll County.
The preliminary report from the ASP says that a westbound 2014 Honda Accord driven by 23-year-old Glen Chamberlain of Siloam Springs was negotiating a right hand turn on Highway 412 when he sideswiped a 2012 Ford Transit driven by then crashed head-on into an eastbound 2016 Nissan Sentra driven by 25-year-old Jacob Boardman of Green Forest.
The minor was a passenger in the Chamberlain vehicle as was 31-year old Cassie Riddick and another minor female, The three other occupants of thee Honda Accord were all transported to either Mercy Springfield or the Washington County Regional Medial Center.
The accident occurred at 8:55 p.m. near the location of US Highway 412 and County Road 949.
