The Boone County Sheriff Office is notifying the public of a newly registered sex offender in Harrison.
Jeffery Douglas Spears has moved into the 200 block of Pattie Lane in Harrison. He is a Level II offender who was convicted of Sexual Indecency/Contact with a Minor. He had sexual contact with a 13-year-old female in Texas in 2015.
