Boone County rape suspect out of jail in less than forty-five minutes after Friday arrest

A Boone County man who has at least two previous cases where he was the subject of orders of protections was arrested Friday on one count of Rape and released from the Boone County Yell after just forty=three minutes according to booking information from the Boone County Sheriff Office.
Bobby S. Fitchue, 50, of Omaha, was also arrested back in May of this year and charged with Domestic Battery and Interfering with Communications, although neither of those charges show up on Arkansas Court Connect. Likewise, information from his arrest on Friday has not appeared on the clearinghouse website for criminal cases run by the state.
On online search on Fitchue returns information that he is, or has been, a USDOT licensed trucker and is a masonry contractor based in Omaha. According to online sources Fitchue lives in the, 11ooo block of Debuque Road in rural Omaha.
