Boone County: Community notification for a newly registered sex offender-Mulberry Road in Harrison

The Boone County Sheriff's Office has released a community notification pf a newly registered sex offender residing in the 3000 block of Mulberry Road in Harrison.

The offender is 46-year-old Jerry Wayne Spears. Spears is a Level 2 sex offender who was convicted of Possession of Child Pornography and Sexual Indecency with a Child.
