Benton County Sheriff's Office arrests Rogers man on warrant for Rape charge

A 42-year-old Rogers man was arrested by the Benton County Sheriff's office on Wednesday and charged with one county of Felony Rape according to booking information from the Benton County Detention Center.
Davie Lofton remained behind bars at 5:46 pm Thursday on a no-bond hold on the Rape charge. He was arrested on a warrant issued by Benton County officials.
Rape in Arkansas is a Class Y felony (the most serious) and is punishable from 10-40 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections.
