A Benton County man remains behind bars on Saturday after he was jailed on Friday and charged with Failure to Register as a Sex Offender according to booking information at the Benton County De5enion Center.

Kyle Joseph Reyes, 22,, was originally arrested in 2019 and charged with one count of Sexual Indecency with a Child. As part of his negotiated plea deal on August 22 of 2019, Reyes received a six year suspended sentence and was reguired to register as a sex offender. offender.
