Benton County lowlife arrested for sexual assault, indecencies with a child

A fifty-one year-old male resident of Benton County was arrested by the Rogers Police Department on Monday and charged with two felony counts stemming from a sexual encounter with a minor female, according to booking information from the Benton County Sheriff's Office.

Jose Guillermp Alfaro finds himself behind bars on a non bond hold after a Monday arrest for Sexual Indecency With a Child and Second Degree Sexual Assault charges.

The nature of the felony charges are such that Alfara's victim had to be under the age of fifteen. They charges are Class B and Class D felonies respectively, punishable by up to six years i prison and a $10,000 fine.
