Bella Vista man arrested and charged with Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registry Requirements

A 41-year-old Bella Vista man remains in custody in the Benton County Detention Center after an arrest earlier this week on a charge of Failure to Comply with reporting Requirements of a Sex Offender.
Brian Keith Kennedy, whose latest registered address in Bella Vista was thought to be on Hatcher Street, is a Level 3 offender who was arrested in 2016 and convicted of Sexual Misconduct.
There are no records in Arkansas Court Connect showing the information or facts for the sex-related crime that put Kennedy on the sate registry. Kennedy does have at least two Orders of Protection om his record that was filed against him by his ex-wife. according to court records.
