ASP: Fayetteville man killed in single-vehicle crash Sunday at Martin Luther King Jr/ I49 exit

Robert Rosson, 59, from Fayetteville, was killed in a single-vehicle crash on the Interstate 49 exit ramp at Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Washington County on Sunday


Rosson was driving a 2004 Nissan Sentra northbound on the ramp around 8:00 a.m. when his vehicle failed to negotiate a right-hand curve. The car struck a culvert, flipped over the front bumper, and fell into a ditch below.


Rosson was pronounced dead at the scene.


According to the Arkansas State Police preliminary report, the weather was reportedly foggy, but the road was dry at the time of the incident.
