A 67-year-old woman from Springfield, Missouri, identified as Teresa Pedigo, lost her life in a single-vehicle accident early Monday morning, March 3, 2025, in Logan County. ,shortly after 5:00 a.m. when Pedigo, driving a 2018 Jeep Cherokee eastbound on State Highway 22 near Cravens Lane, veered off the roadway.
The vehicle struck a fence before overturning multiple times. Emergency responders arrived at the scene, but Pedigo was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
No other individuals were reported to be in the vehicle at the time of the crash.
