Arkansas State Police: Russellville woman dies in Saturday accident near Bono in Craighead County

A 22-year-old Russellville woman was killed, and three others were injured Saturday morning when a vehicle failed to stop at an intersection in Craighead County, according to the Arkansas State Police.
The crash occurred at 9:30 a.m. July 25 at the intersection of U.S. Highway 63 and State Highway 230 near Bono.
Abigale Rory Dullenty, 22, of Russellville, was driving a 2011 Ford Focus eastbound on Highway 230 when she failed to yield at a posted stop sign and entered the intersection, troopers said. A 2024 GMC Sierra driven by Dawson Kane Stewart, 21, of Monette, was traveling northbound on U.S. 63 in the outside lane and struck the Focus.
The impact sent both vehicles off the roadway and into a nearby field. Dullenty was pronounced dead at the scene. Her body was taken to the Craighead County Coroner’s Office. Next of kin have been notified.
Stewart was injured and transported to St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro. Two other people involved in the crash also sustained injuries, according to the preliminary report, though their identities were not immediately released.
Trooper Daniel C. Willey of the Arkansas State Police investigated the crash. The weather was partly cloudy and the roadway was clear at the time of the collision.
The crash is the 242nd fatal traffic accident in Arkansas this year, according to Arkansas State Police records.
