Arkansas State Police make arrest in Pope County on child pornography charge

A Vilonia man was arrested at 10:30 am on Wednesday morning by the Arkansas State Police on Computer Child Pornography charges and booked into the Pope County Detention Center, according to booking information from that agency.

Twenty-year-old Myles Alexander Tipton, who shows no previous felony arrests in Arkansas according to court records, is jailed currently on a no-bond hold pending a bond hearing later in the week.

Tipton was taken into custody at the Arkansas Tech University Public Safety Office and transported to the Pope County Detention Center.
