Rockport, Ark. – The Arkansas State Police (ASP) Criminal Investigation Division (CID) and Rockport Police Department (RPD) are investigating the deaths of a man and woman that occurred on the evening of Tuesday, May 28, 2024, in the city of Rockport, located in Hot Spring County.
Shortly before 5:30 p.m., RPD received a call of a possible homicide at a residence located at 2655 Sand Road. When officers arrived, Shelby Montgomery, 53, and Alana Holmes, 31, were found dead.
The deceased were transported to the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory for autopsies to be performed, and the investigation is ongoing.
