According to the Arkansas State Police and Kibler Chief of Police Roger Green, an Alma woman died in the wee hours of Wednesday morning in a one-car accident on Highway 162 inside the Kibler city limits.

According to the Arkansas State Police, 20-year-old Odalis Ramirez Irvin was a passenger in a 2012 Chevrolet driven by 20-year-old Grace Murphy, also of Alma.

The vehicle was approaching the intersection with North Cedar Avenue when it failed to negotiate a right hand turn, exited the roadway and struck a boulder on the driver's side front end.
