The victim, identified as Paul Edward Scott of Fort Smith, was riding an X-Quad 3000 motorcycle westbound when the incident occurred. According to the initial narrative from the Fort Smith Police Department, Scott lost control of the vehicle, causing it to flip over the handlebars. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
