Benton County: Springdale resident faces felony charge for molesting 11-year-old girl
Authorities in northwest Arkansas say a Springdale resident stands accused of a series of sexual molestations against an 11-year-old girl that spanned approximately two years. Two pther minors are also reported to have been involved at a location in Bethel Heights as well as Jasck's residence.
Police say Ken Jack, 37, has been abusing the child since 2016, including inticing her to touch him sexually during "massages" by offering her candy.
Jack's address lists him as a resident of the Black Oak Apartment complex which is located just off the Don Tyson Parkway in Springdale.
Jack faces a charge second-degree sexual assault, which is a Class B felony. Jack remained jailed in the Benton County Jail on Wednesday.His bond was set at $30,000 bond and he is scheuled for a hearing on June 4 in Benton County Circuit Court.
If convicted, Jack cpould face as much as 20 years in prison and a maximum fine of $15,000.
